Since its inception more than 70 years ago, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has helped millions of small businesses across the country access the capital and resources needed to thrive and grow. With so much emerging technology, historic numbers of new business applications being filed, and rates of minority and women-owned businesses skyrocketing, it is critical that SBA continues to meet the ever-evolving needs of small businesses. During this briefing, please join Small Business Majority and the Deputy Administrator of the SBA, Dilawar Syed, for a discussion about how SBA continues to evolve and improve its lending, technical assistance and entrepreneurial development programs to meet the needs of today’s modern entrepreneurs. The conversation will be followed by an opportunity for small business owners to ask questions to the Deputy Administrator and engage in meaningful discussion on the impact of the SBA.
